Alex Niles (he/him), Vice President of Political Affairs

Alex Niles is a gentleman and a scholar. He currently works for California Assemblymember Maggy Krell as a Legislative Aide. Before this, Alex was an Account Exuctive with Lucas Public Affairs.

Orginally from his hometown, Alex earned his B.A. in Interdiscplinary Studies from UC Santa Barbara.

Alex became involved with the Sacramento County Young Democrats in 2023 and has been an active member since. He was elected to VP of Political Affairs in 2025.

In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends, exercising, and eating other people’s food.
