Ruy Laredo (he/him), DPSC Representative

Ruy Laredo is pleased to serve SCYD as one of the representatives to the Sacramento County Democratic Central Committee. Having started as a Young Dem at the Davis College Democrats, Ruy has over a decade of experience as a Party organizer in the Greater Sacramento region. Outside of his role in SCYD, Ruy also serves as the California Young Democrats’ Vice President of Operations. In his day job, he works as a Legislative Representative Coordinator for the Department of Health Care Services.

In his free time, Ruy likes going to the movies, spending with his partner, Lucy, and hanging out with his fur kids, Milo (Tabby cat) and Luke (Labraheeler pup).
